Booth Set-up: Booth space 10'x10'. CRAFTS FAIR: Located on SE Belmont from 33rd - 35th plus adjacent (2) parking lots @ 34th. Space allocated on a first paid first serve basis. Check in between 7 - 9:30 am at info. booth at the corner of SE 34th & Belmont. Vendors provide own tables, chairs, canopies, etc.. We provide just the space. You do the rest! No electricity available.
Cost: CRAFTS FAIR: $40 ea. Limit to 2. Make checks payable to "Belmont Street Fair." Submit payment with application. Not refundable after 8/29/08. Late applications taken until the morning of the fair on a space available basis. Sorry, no discounts for non-profits. But limited scholarships available.
Liability Waiver: By signing below, the applicant hereby acknowledges that he/she is a qualified independent , insured vendor or representative of a non-profit and: Assumes all responsibility and risk associated with all conditions, hazards and potential dangers in, on, or about a booth/table top site whether they are obvious or concealed. Releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the Belmont Street Fair Committee, Belmont Area Business Association, City of Portland and SE Uplift, Sunnyside, Buckman and Mt. Tabor Neighborhood Associations and their agents and assigns from all loss, injury, damage or liability to persons or property sustained by reason the presence of the vendor before, during and after the Belmont Street Fair.
Food Vendors: In addition food vendors must get a Multnomah County Health Department permit (503) 248-3400 (www.mchealthinspect.org.)and if using propane, a permit from the Fire Prevention Division (503) 823-9700. No electricity available on site. Generators not allowed
